Regrettably the FirstCity name and website has been referenced by fraudsters seeking to ‘phish’ or otherwise steal personal information.

No FirstCity group company will ever telephone, email or text you requesting that you provide user names, passwords, bank account, credit card or other personal items of information.

Please do not respond to such messages; by doing so you could expose yourself to fraud.

If anyone purporting to be from or an agent of FirstCity approaches you with such a request please report them to the appropriate authorities immediately.
