  • At First City, we use a one fund approach to giving. All gifts support Ministry/Operating Budget, Missions, and Projects to fulfill the mission and vision of the church.

    Your money goes to relentlessly reaching the next person for Jesus. Whether it’s creating a seat for someone to sit in, hosting an event where someone hears about Jesus for the first time, or providing warm coffee every Sunday, it all goes toward reaching the next person.

  • A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income before taxes or anything else comes out. The Bible says we can take the promises of God to the bank. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest. We can’t outgive God. We know tithing is a huge step of obedience, but you’re not in this alone!

  • If you're considering a year-end gift, did you know that you can make a significant impact by donating stock and/or bitcoin?

    Gifting appreciated stock can offer you substantial tax benefits while helping to further First City’s mission of relentlessly reaching the next person for Jesus. When you give stock directly to the church, you may avoid capital gains tax and potentially increase your deductible amount.

    • What difference do I want my financial commitment to First City Family to make in my heart and life? How do I want my pledge to change me and allow me to more meaningfully invest myself in this vision for our city?
